Description
This series consists of the records that should have been placed on clients ' community residential care file (or 93 file), but were not. These records were found loose in Lever Arch folders or in manila folders.
The information includes admission details (name, date of birth, appearance, parents, visiting address and medical information), program information, classroom work, school reports and capacity assessments.
The records have been found in various locations within the agency. The first consignments were found at Lochiel Park but consisted of various Community Residential Care Facilities' records such as Gillies Plains Community Unit.
The amount of records incorrectly stored is substantial and due to the amount of resources taken to place the records on the appropriate file, the agency has decided to dispose of the records separately. The same sentence has been applied to these records as the Client file to ensure they are retained for the correct amount of time. Over time if these records are called for subpoena or Freedom of Infromation requests, the records will be attached to the Client file.
