Description
DESCRIPTION: The Psychology Type 55 sub-file will contain reports relevant to the referral of the client to the psychologist and material obtained during the course of the referral. This may include case conference reports, other medical, social work, psychiatric or psychological reports; and the interview notes, test materials, psychological reports etc amassed during the assessment or referral process. Most psycology sub-files are re-united with the main client file prior to transfer to archives. However, some files relating to psychology services have been maintained separately & this series reflects those records only & is now a closed series. JN 07/09/01.
