Description

This series comprises admission books for the Woodville Assessment Unit.

The information the book contains includes number, date admitted, full name, age, date of birth, CWW/DO, order, last placement, date discharged, where to, DSS admission number and discharge number. The agency is unsure what the abbreviations stand for, however CWW/DO could be Community Welfare Worker/District Office and DSS and 'no' and 'dis number' could be the Commonwealth Department of Social Security admission number and discharge number.
