Description
This series contains the medical files for youths held in secure care. The records document any medical procedure, medical complaint or medication given. Also included are self-harm assessments, psychological reports and x-rays and a medical history sheet which records drug and alcohol issues, past operations and illnesses and self-harm history prior to admission to secure care.
These files were found among a group of records held at the Magill Training Centre gymnasium.
