Description
This series contains records - predominantly type '41' files and liaison files - for persons who have died whilst in the care of the Department. The care may be secured care or residential and the persons can be of any ethnicity (including Aboriginal).
The information in the files is the same as other 41 files and doesn't necessarily include information pertaining to the death of the person. Information in the 41 files includes assessment panel reports, apprehension reports, social background reports, psychological assessments and Court Details Form 752/2.
