Patient discharge and transfer cards - Enfield Hospital (GRS/14217)

This series comprises volumes of patient information cards.

The majority of the cards are for patients who were discharged, and include discharge number, name, address, date of birth, age, religion, occupation, principal condition, registration or admission number, treating medical officer, etc. Cards for deceased patients or patients who were transferred to another institution are filed at the end of the volume.

There are date overlaps between some volumes where cards for transfers or deaths were not filed within the same date range as cards for discharges.
