Description
This series consists of an index to patients admitted to Northfield Mental Hospital.
It includes admission number, name of patient and brief notes. The notes may include codes relating to admission such as 'J.P.' or 'R - E.R.H.', the name of a relative or the date of discharge or death.
The volume is a selective index only, and does not include all patients admitted. It appears that it was compiled at a particular point in time and may only include patients still resident in the Hospital at that time.
