Register of patients - Strathmont Centre (GRS/16805)

This series contains four volumes recording the register of patients at the Strathmont Centre.

Information recorded includes register number, date of admission, patient's name, sex, date of birth, birthplace, marital status, previous place of abode, pension type and number, medical benefits, date of previous admission, referral, diagnosis classification, whether epileptic, religion, name and address of next of kin and date of discharge or death. The villa/annexe of the Strathmont Centre that the patient is residing in is also recorded in the remarks column.

The first three volumes are custom made for the purpose of recording patients. The fourth 'volume' is an A2-sized sketch book with ruled columns containing the same information as the three previous volumes.
