Duty doctor's book - Hillcrest Hospital (GRS/17295)

This series contains a duty doctor's book created at Hillcrest Hospital in 1974. It records all daily patient contact and phone communications. It is not known if this type of record was only kept in 1974, or if this is the only one that was retained.
