Description

This series contains copies of 'Revelation', a magazine produced by patients at Hillcrest Hospital, from 1977 to 1979.

The earliest copy in this series is Volume 21, No. 8, from September 1977 and the last is Volume 23, No. 1, from Autumn 1979. 'Revelation' was established as 'The Northfield News' in 1953. Other copies have not been transferred to State Records as at May 2023.

'Revelation' includes poems, stories and articles written by patients at Hillcrest Hospital, although some articles were written by staff. Some contributors are only identified by initials or a single name but full names of some patients and staff are recorded.
