Inpatient record cards - Strathmont Centre (GRS/18563)

This series contains inpatient record cards for the Strathmont Centre, from 1971 to 1995.

Inpatient record cards note admissions of patients to the Strathmont Centre, and track movement of patients between the Centre and other institutions.

Cards may record information including: patient name, register number, date of admission and previous admissions, address, date of birth, birthplace, age, sex, marital state, religion, source of referral, and date of discharge or cause of death. Some cards may record medical conditions.

The cards may also record information about next of kin, including name, relationship, and address.

Includes Ru Rua Nursing Home inpatient cards for some patients transferred between Ru Rua and the Strathmont Centre. Ru Rua Nursing Home cards were placed in the same sequence prior to archiving.
