Description

This series comprises files maintained in the Department of Agriculture. The several divisions maintained their own registries for reference files but the bulk of the Department's correspondence goes through the Correspondence Section.

Consignment 2 contains file number 368 of 1983. This 'file' comprises 0.8m of correspondence and 101 plans relating to the relocation of the East End Market. Consignment 3 contains Trust Fund files from 1980 onwards. The file numbers 800-899 were reserved each year for matters relating to Trust Funds administered by the Department.
