Description
This series consists of documentation recording transactions into and out of the Trust Maintenance Account which is controlled and maintained by the Family Maintenance Branch - to records payments into the Trust account by non custodial parents. It also consists of EDP maintenance reports, cheque reconciliation reports and microfilm of closed and obsolete accounts.
The accounting system in use in 2001 was called ALERE and the superseded system (1980 - 2000) was called MILDEW. A manual ledger card system was used prior to MILDEW (1891-1980)
