DESCRIPTION: Records relating to the extension of external boundaries - proposal - City of Woodvill/City of West Torrens and Henley Grange Councils.
On 1 January 1997 the former Councils of the City of Hindmarsh & Woodville (1993-1997) formerly the Corporation of the Town of Hindmarsh (1874-1993) and the City of Henley & Grange merged to form the City of Charles Sturt.
