Description
Consists of brief minutes of business discussed by the Gentlemen's Committee of the State Children's Council. Gives approvals for prospective foster parents, details of applications from parents to have children released from the Council's control, prosecutions for unlicensed lying-in homes, misconduct of state wards, allegations of neglect of state wards, extensions and reductions of sentences, transfers of children, subsidies, wages, extra schooling or vocational training of state wards, and absconders. There are a small number of references to adoption.
