Patients' address book - Home for Incurables (GRS/16799)

This series contains one volume which lists patients at the Home for Incurables alphabetically by surname.

Each entry contains patient name, date of admission, date of birth, age, years in Australia, pensioner number, religion as well as next of kin's name, phone number and address. A list of patient's birthdays are recorded in the back of the book.

Entries do not contain admission numbers to the Home for Incurables but entries can be found in the register by date of admission.
