Description
This series contains two volumes of case books relating to patients admitted to the Home for Incurables.
Information recorded includes name, date admitted, age, diagnosis and notes about the patient's condition and treatment. Each note about an individual patient has a corresponding date which can provide a concise account of their condition. Deaths or discharges are also recorded.
Each entry per patient is typically a half or full page. Several patients' entries continue from the first volume to the second with the volume 2 page number listed in the volume 1 entry.
