Record of patients' admissions, transfers, deaths etc. - Home for Incurables (GRS/16801)

This series contains three volumes which record patient admissions, transfers, deaths and other notable events such as discharges and re-admissions.

The first page of volume 1 is titled Weekly Report of Changes to Patients. Sunday to Saturday. Entries for the week appear to have been entered once per week across all three volumes.

Information recorded includes name, room of patient, pension number, date that Social Services were notified as well as date of admission, transfer, death, etc. Patient date of birth is also recorded from the mid-way through the second volume.
