Register of patients - Ru Rua Nursing Home (GRS/16806)

This series contains three volumes recording the register of patients at Ru Rua Nursing Home.

Information recorded includes register number, date of admission, patient's name, sex, date of birth, birthplace, marital status, previous place of abode, pension type and number, medical benefits, date of previous admission, referral, diagnosis classification, whether epileptic, religion, name and address of next of kin, date discharged or died and days in hospital. The remarks column of the register also includes notes primarily relating to a patient's whereabouts (e.g. on leave, at home with parents, on camp).

When a patient was re-admitted their original admission was recorded.
