Description
DESCRIPTION: The District Council of Gumeracha was formed in 1853 (a photocopy of the civic record detailing the early history of the area in box 12). These files contain the opening and closing of roads, directional signs, Birdwood Community Hall, Highercoombe Golf Club, elections, sewerage, boundary ajustments, Structural reform, Australia day Council and citizens awards, By-Laws, Country Fire services constitution, Shannon streetscape, elections,etc and immunisation record.
